ATELIER THREE – Home of Indie designers in East London

"I started Atelier Three in December 2024. The idea began to take shape while I was doing pop-ups.

I kept noticing how much people appreciated the work of emerging artists and designers, but also how challenging it was for young creatives to maintain a physical presence in London, especially given the high costs of rent and day-to-day operations,” reflects Josh Zhou, the founder of the concept store.

Long fascinated by art and fashion, Josh Zhou has transformed his personal passion into a purposeful space. With a vision to reimagine the contemporary retail landscape, he has created a platform where individuals can express their creativity and embrace their uniqueness.

Over the past year, Atelier Three has been steadily building both its team and its community. By bringing talented designers and artists into the store with their eye-catching pieces, it has gradually become a hub for creatives, events, and stories.

Atelier Three is a place where like-minded people come together, shaping the community around it.

I am happy to say that Atelier Three is a space where we can showcase independent local artists and cultivate a community of artistic individuals who value these emerging talents,” adds the founder.

We, the team of Atelier Three, want the space to feel fun, welcoming, and warm. Somewhere people can drop by, spend time, and discover elevated pieces for their wardrobe. We believe in the transformative power of art and creativity and how they can enrich our lives.”

The ultimate aim of Atelier Three is to create more opportunities for creative events, deepen connections with the local community, and establish itself as a hub for arts and creativity in East London.
