StoneLeaf
Natural Stone Reimagined
StoneLeaf panels are manufactured by dividing massive stone blocks into sheets just 1.5 to 2mm thick, then reinforcing them with fiberglass and resin backing. This process transforms slate, quartzite, and mica into flexible panels that retain the authentic texture and character of natural stone while becoming practical for vertical application. The result is genuine stone cladding—not composite material—engineered for adaptability across interior and exterior walls, countertops, and furniture surfaces.
Installation requires minimal preparation: panels adhere directly to painted walls, paneling, or plaster using hybrid polymer adhesive known for water-repellency and long-term performance. The sheets cut easily to fit required dimensions, eliminating specialized tools or complex mounting systems. Once installed, the panels demand little maintenance while delivering the visual impact of traditional stone without the structural weight or installation complexity.
Available in multiple colors and textures determined by the natural characteristics of slate and mica, StoneLeaf panels offer design flexibility for residential and commercial projects where authentic material presence matters but conventional stone cladding proves impractical.

StoneLeaf Applications
The technology's primary application is wall cladding, where the panels' extreme thinness (1.5-2mm) and flexibility allow them to conform to diverse wall types and architectural conditions. This adaptability extends across residential and commercial environments—interior feature walls, exterior facades, accent surfaces—with the natural color variations and textures inherent to slate and mica providing design latitude without requiring composite or artificial finishing. The lightness of the material eliminates structural load concerns typical of traditional stone cladding while maintaining authentic geological characteristics.

For both exterior and interior design finishes, multiple options are available. One thing is for sure, choosing StoneLeaf stone panels is an exceptional choice. Created from blocks of natural stone, the stone sheet is a material resistant to all projections. Ideal for use in humid areas, stone panels are waterproof enough for use as a kitchen splashback.
Some preparation is needed so that the surface is clean and free of all debris. Thus, you guarantee waterproofing before proceeding with the installation. Once your kitchen walls are clean, the panel is fixed directly to the surface thanks to a special adhesive.
Once this step is complete, all that’s left to do is waterproof the coating (the Stick&Stone line is already waterproof).
Stone panels can adhere to any surface, be it wood, tiling, plaster, sealant, or paint. Due to their aesthetic design, impeccable durability, and water resistance, stone panels are perfect for floors as well. Maintenance is minimal for everyday comfort.
StoneLeaf's natural stone panels provide practical solutions for bathroom and shower applications where humidity resistance and authentic material presence both matter. Manufactured from slate and mica blocks divided into 1.5-2mm sheets, the panels are treated with resin that penetrates the stone structure for reinforcement, then backed with fiberglass for flexibility. This process creates panels that conform to flat walls, curved surfaces, and rounded edges while maintaining waterproof integrity—essential for direct shower exposure where traditional stone cladding proves impractical due to weight, sealing complexity, and installation cost.
The panels' light-reflective properties and natural stratification patterns inherent to slate and mica deliver visual depth without requiring thick material application. Installation follows standard adhesive methods compatible with existing bathroom substrates, eliminating the structural considerations and specialized waterproofing protocols typically associated with stone shower walls. The result is genuine stone cladding engineered specifically for wet environments—bathrooms, shower enclosures, and high-moisture zones—where durability and low maintenance align with design requirements for natural material finishes.

And there you have it, a complete furniture makeover. As for maintenance, don’t use products containing harsh chemicals.
The panels’ highly regarded safety certification is largely due to the low emissions of heavy smoke. Note that no flaming debris will emerge from the sheet of stone. These exceptional characteristics make StoneLeaf the most adapted material for use on fireplace. Thanks to its capacities and its colors, it gives fireplace a certain elegance.
The stone used is entirely fireproof and non-combustible. In accordance with international standards (European ranking), the behavior of the stone in the presence of fire is graded C-s2,d0. In terms of safety, stone panels for fireplaces meet the strictest requirements for European standards.
Stone panels can be used to decorate the contours of the fireplace, as well as the interior of the fireplace. But it can as well be install inside the fireplace. A modern fireplace will not require the same finish as a rustic one.

The use of StoneLeaf on outdoor walls is surely the best option for any design project as it is aesthetic, innovative, and eco-friendly. Not only are stone panels a great design option, but they are also easy to install.
Stone panels are light and their thinness of only a few millimeters will adorn your walls without encroaching on precious square footage. From afar, your house will have the allure of a stone-sculpted monument. The characteristics of stone panels make for the perfect material to redo a wall or facade. The material is extremely durable: resistant to elements such as UV rays, rain, frost, wind, and snow.
Contrary to other exterior finishes, the durability of the stone panels makes for excellent protection against impacts, friction, punctures, or any other possible form of damage that your walls might endure.
The stones are naturally rot-resistant, meaning they will look as alluring in the short-term as they will in the long-term. Stone panels are therefore the ideal design element you need to protect your exterior walls and facades.
For the most unique looking floors, natural stone panels are the ideal material. Affordable and accessible to all, the installation process is simple thanks to the stone’s characteristics: light and thin, with a natural finish. Indeed, a straight cut offers a smooth finish, without dents or roughness, that guarantees a completely flat surface. Waterproof and impact-resistant, thanks to the layer of resin, this material can be used in any humid area and even outdoors, on a patio or walkway.
The lightweight panels (1.5 to 2 kg/m²) allow for use on pre-existing floors, without changing door sills. Its reduced thickness (1.5 to 2 mm) makes it possible to apply it to an existing floor, without changing the door sills. Large stone tiles add a chic design to your interior spaces. StoneLeaf brings your floors every advantage of natural stone without the inconveniences: weight, thickness, and cost.
Floor installation:
Thanks to their lightweight nature, StoneLeaf panels are easy to install. They can be added to any surface: paint, wood, plaster, tiles, etc. The process is similar to that of a laminate:
- Prepare the surface: it must be clean, dry, and smooth. Fill any holes with sealant, sand down, and let dry.
- Before installation, position and organize the stones to determine where to make the incisions on the panels.
- Position the first stone in a corner and trace a straight line that will guide the following stones.
- For the installation, there are two options: either the panels will have an adhesive film that simply needs to be removed to then adhere the stone to its place. Otherwise, the stones will require a polymer hybrid adhesive. In this case, the installation will be similar to that of a laminate. In the second case, we recommend using adhesive cartridges to delineate rows of glue: a first row 2 mm from the edge around the frame, then tight rows measuring 15 mm along the surface’s entire backing. Stick onto the stone’s final surface and press down firmly to spread the adhesive along the entire panel.
- Adjust the position of the panel if necessary.
- Smooth out the panel to remove any air bubbles. Leave to dry for three to four hours.
