What you'll own:

• Hit and exceed sales targets
• Hunt down and win new B2B clients
• Craft commercial proposals and lead negotiations that convert
• Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
• Diagnose client needs and match them with the right solutions
• Keep Bitrix CRM sharp and up to date, with clear reporting
• Grow and maintain a strong client database
• Network with designers, architects, and industry partners
• Spot market trends and bring ideas to sharpen our sales approach
• Deliver top-tier service, every time

What you bring:

• A degree in interior design, architecture, or design
• B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, or finishing materials
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid grasp of sales processes, market research, and customer analysis
• Comfort working with CRM systems and preparing polished commercial proposals
• Initiative, accountability, and a results-first mindset
