Founded in Milan in 1968 by Gerolamo Etro, ETRO began as a textile company. Its exploration of pattern, colour and texture shaped a distinctive aesthetic defined by rich shades, intricate designs and unexpected combinations. Paisley became the house’s signature motif, connecting its textile heritage with its fashion and home collections.
